We first discovered this magnificent 19th-century building in August 2022. From the moment we walked through its doors, we were captivated by its unique character and history, despite the many challenges that lay ahead.
Abandoned for over 15 years, the house required considerable renovations. But far from discouraging us, this adventure motivated us to breathe new life into it. A year later, in the summer of 2023, we officially became the owners of this exceptional place and immediately began renovations.
The first projects involved renovating the facades , followed by in-depth work: electricity, plumbing, insulation and much more. We chose to get our hands dirty as much as possible, while entrusting some major jobs to local craftsmen, whose expertise was invaluable to us.
