The living space extends over 80 m² and includes an open kitchen and dining room for sharing warm meals, a comfortable lounge for moments of relaxation, as well as a games and television room in the basement.

The cottage has four carefully furnished bedrooms, each accommodating two to three people, equipped with new bedding (Capri Week-end range, France Literie) that adapts to all body types, and duvets and pillows from the French brand Petit Meunier. One of the bedrooms has a private bathtub and sink.

A bathroom is located near the bedrooms. For added convenience, a third toilet is accessible in the basement, where the laundry room (washing machine and dryer) is also located.

Good to know

The cottage is located in the heart of the town, close to the main shops, next to an after-school facility open on weekdays (excluding weekends), so it is possible to hear the children at certain times of the day.

Three charging stations for electric vehicles are available in Pouzauges (8 km, 10 min): two municipal stations in the town centre, and two others in the Lidl and Super U car parks.
